What you get
- When the video is H.264 (as OBS records by default), it's copied into the MP4 in seconds, with no quality loss.
- Other codecs are converted to H.264, using your graphics card when it can.
- The MP4 gets the first video and the first sound track. Subtitles inside the MKV aren't carried over.
- Each MP4 is saved next to its original, with the same name.
- Your original file is never changed. If the new name is taken, Crustify adds (1), (2) and so on.
- Long files show their progress in a small panel, and you can cancel at any time.

Does this replace OBS's Remux Recordings?

My MKV has several audio tracks. Which one is kept?
The first one. If you need a different track, keep the MKV for that file.
