About the formats

SVG Scalable Vector Graphics

A drawing made of shapes rather than pixels, so it stays sharp at any size. Used for logos, icons and illustrations on the web. Many apps, documents and social sites only accept pixel images like PNG.

PNG Portable Network Graphics

A lossless image format: every pixel is kept exactly, and transparent backgrounds are supported. Ideal for screenshots, logos and graphics. Photos saved as PNG are much bigger than as JPG.

Can Crustify save files as SVG?

No. SVG is a drawing format, and turning pixels into shapes isn't a straightforward conversion. Crustify reads SVG and saves it as PNG, JPG, WebP and more.

The PNG is too small. What can I do?

The size comes from the SVG's own width and height. If it's set small, enlarge it in an editor first, or edit the width and height in the SVG file.
